• Affiliates must promote responsible gambling messaging as required
• Commission structures and payment terms are governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement
• Amigo Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate partnerships for non-compliance

7. Media Brands & Content

Our media properties (palpatiescopa.com, diariopredictions.com, thecasinos.live) provide editorial content including sports predictions and casino reviews. This content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or the completeness of casino reviews. Past performance of predictions is not indicative of future results. Always gamble responsibly.

8. Technology Products (Rakr & Affitalent)

Access to and use of Rakr (our CRM platform) and Affitalent (our recruitment platform) is subject to separate service agreements. These terms apply to the Amigo Media marketing website only. For Rakr and Affitalent terms of service, please refer to the respective platform documentation.
